Water park design process
1. Investment planning
That is, study the tourism market, social economy, competitors and other conditions of the project site to determine the market positioning of the project. According to the principle of optimal return on investment, determine the reasonable investment amount of the project and the investment ratio of each functional module. The core is to use good steel on the blade, use funds well under a certain investment amount, and shape the attractiveness of the project. For the same project investment, the stronger the attraction, the higher the value.
2. Brand planning
That is, according to the investment planning ideas, implement market positioning and create attractiveness, and determine the project brand strategy and competition strategy. The core is to lock in the target consumer group, identify customer needs, and from the perspective of future marketing of the project, carry out entertainment creativity, plan the highlights and selling points of the project, and build a unique tourist experience during the project play process. This is the key to creating project characteristics and differentiation.
3. Design planning
That is, transition to design implementation according to the ideas of investment planning and brand planning. Focusing on the characteristics and differentiation of the project, the design content is comprehensively organized and deepened. The core is to propose planning ideas, determine the construction content and functional zoning, select an architectural style, cultural theme, water park equipment, and analyze feasibility, and provide key domain functional area control technical indicators or guidance for the subsequent design.
4. Overall planning and scheme design
The overall planning design is used to express the construction content and layout of the project and to determine the spatial position relationship of each functional area of the project and its connection with the outside. Propose the main landmark building modeling scheme and important node landscape scheme, point out the key points of the design, and reasonably place the water park equipment.
5. Preliminary design
According to the overall planning design, further, deepen the specific design links of the zoning, refine the key contents of entertainment creativity and core projects, and determine the technical solutions and main parameters.
6. Construction drawing design
Prepare detailed general drawings, professional detailed drawings, and construction budgets, express the specific dimensions, materials, practices and other technical requirements of each detail, and the goal is to guide the construction of each specialty.
Vison Waterparks provides a land survey to find a good location to build the water park, by visiting the land, the designer will comprehensively organize and deepen the design. The core content is to put forward planning ideas, to determine the content of construction and function districts, and to choose an architectural style, cultural theme and water recreation facilities, which should be analyzed in feasibility, providing guidance for the follow-up design of domain technical indexes in key functional areas.
A land survey is necessary for water park construction, especially for a huge project. A land survey helps the designer to understand the land exactly, and the designer could learn more about the surroundings and the owner's idea, avoiding any misunderstanding.
Generally speaking, the mapping should be done by a local land survey company, they will make the land condition into the auto CAD.
We could send an experienced project manager/designer to the site for a land survey for free, the buyer shall pay all the business trip costs(video).
